About us:
We are a Toronto-based company that has been serving Canadian and American
Communities, since 1998.
We have built this site with one thing in mind: enabling our customers
to purchase products more easily. This means offering the best brands,
great selection, low prices, and the best service available.
It is worth noting that unlike our competitors, we do everything that
has to do with wine including the making of wine in our brewery department.

Our corporate store, which also houses our brewing department, is located

Brewing Department:
Wine Cave’s brewing department operates strictly under
the rules and regulations set by Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario
(AGCO). We offer our customers an opportunity to enjoy the rich world
of wine. We do this by circumventing the high overhead incurred by traditional
mass production methods. By preparing individual batches, we carefully
control the environment and the process of wine making. We import a
wide range of wine products, must, and juices made from finest grapes
that come from some of the world's finest vineyards.
This service is limited by law only to residents of Ontario.

Wine cave Inc. accessories come from leading manufacturers the world
over. They range from professional Rogar cork masters, WMF bar accessories,

Wine Cellars:
Our wine cellars are manufactured by the world’s leading manufacturers
such as Vintage Keeper, Haier and Cavavin.
- Vintage Keeper is a leading maker of wine cellar
in North America. Wine cellars range in capacity from 110 bottles
to 500 bottles available in three different colors. Our cellars have
microprocessor control, all digital sensing, thermo pane glass doors,
super bright display, computerized airflow, acoustic insulation, vibration
isolation, space efficient snap-in shelving, lock and key included,
plastic coated coil, and individual bottle storage.
- Haier’s line of beautiful wine cellars provides
an elegant and tasteful way to store and display your personal wine
collection. Your red and white wine selections can share the experience
together. Haier’s adjustable controls allow you to personalize
your wine cellars’ temperature between 39F and 65F. The full
line of Haier wine cellars can satisfy even the most discerning wine
collector. The many styles, sizes, features and innovations make it
simple for the Haier wine cellar series to please one and all.
- Cavavin is the only wine cabinet manufacturer in
Quebec. With Cavavin, wine tasting is elevated to a form of art. Their

Cooling units:
Tuscany Series Cooling Units, another innovation from
Vintage Keeper Canada.
Questions you need to ask before you choose your cooling unit
- What is the true power rating?
BTU ratings refer only to compressor size, but real cooling power
has to do with the size of fans and coils. We tested Vintage Keeper
in controlled conditions against a leading competitor with some size
compressor. With our coils and airflow… no contest!
- What about the key components?
We spend a lot more on components like German compressors, hi-flow
axial fans and stainless steel. Others save a bundle with offshore
parts, and then they charge more for their products!
- Is the unit certified?
Shocking, but most wine cooling units are not certified. Every Vintage
Keeper is CSA and CE-Certified to the most rigorous international
standards.
- What about noise?
Vintage Keeper is engineered for quiet, with our exclusive Acoustic
Isolation Chamber; We produce far less noise, with much greater airflow
than others who claim to “whisper”.
- Are digital controls necessary?
Absolutely! Electronic controls maximize efficiency as well as guarantee
longer life and our controls are the world’s smallest and most
advanced. With automatic smart-sensing and self-adjusting for optimum
power and efficiency. Digital, right sown to the sensor, analog controls
cannot match our precision. As well our digital controls with LED
are standard, not a $200 upgrades!
- Do controls measure Air or liquid temperature?
Vintage Keeper can measure AIR OR LIQUID with digital precision. Others
measure only liquid with analog devices and cannot match our ultra-quick
response or constant liquid temperatures.
- What about vibration isolation?
Only Vintage Keeper, with multi-point isolation, eliminates vibration
of all major components and the cabinet exterior.
- What about de-icing?
The coils of a properly designed system will never go below 35”
and will not require de-icing. Undersized coils will freeze up, and
will strip out your valuable humidity!
- What happens to the condensate?
Some systems use manual electric condensate evaporators, which waste
energy and efficiency, to boil away their excessive condensation.
Vintage Keeper uses the condensate to cool the system and increase
efficiency. That saves energy and maintains higher humidity.
- What about corrosion-resistance?
Aging wines generate acetic acid, which can shorten the life of your
coil. Vintage Keeper’s hermetically-sealed controller, E-coated
coils and cabinet give corrosion protection like no other.
- What about warranties?
Our limited warranty covers the entire system, parts and labor, for
one full year.
- What about price?
Vintage Keeper has a refined design, more features and better value
than any other.

Ordering and Shipping
The Wine Cave Inc. store has flat shipping rates for North American
orders.
For oversea orders, you can call us at (416) 516-6411.
North American rush orders please call us at 1-877-636-1116.
- What is the cost of shipping?
To find out about the cost of shipping,
- Add your items to your shopping basket.
(Note: you are not obligated to purchase these products)
- When you view your shopping basket, you will see the option
‘Check Out’. In selecting this option, you will be
forwarded to the 'Shipping Information Page.'
- Upon entering your shipping address and your shipping method
your shipping charge will appear on your screen.
- When will my order be shipped?
- Valid orders placed before 2 PM EST are generally shipped on
the same day.
- Valid orders placed after 2 PM EST are generally shipped the
next business day.
- Valid orders placed on Friday, after 2 PM EST are generally
shipped on Monday.
- Valid orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed
and shipped on the next normal business day.
For orders of Haier and Cavavin wine
cellars, customer will be contacted for shipping charges.
Orders for all other items are shipped via UPS (or Canada Post) depending
on service availability and competitive pricing. We anticipate that
a delivery will be made within a maximum of three weeks, depending on
the size and complexity of the order.

There is no additional charge for fax orders.

Wine Cave Inc. policies
Guarantee
Most of our products have a one-year manufacturer warranty. In case
of wine cellars, there is a one-year warranty on cooling units and a
three-year warranty on parts. Please make sure to fill out the warranty
form with your Wine Cave Inc.’s invoice number. You may also extend
your warranty for an additional period.

Minimum Order
Regrettably, we cannot accept orders on this website with a pretax value
under $35.00 in Canadian funds.

Returns
All Wine Cave Inc. products are fully guaranteed. It is our overriding
policy to ensure the highest degree of delivery satisfaction for all
of our clients. For cases that involve damaged or defect merchandise,
we ask that the client notify us as soon as possible by e-mail and provide
us with the order number and a brief explanation of the deficiency.
If a pick-up is required, Wine Cave Inc. will arrange appropriate details
and contact the client as soon as arrangements are in place.
Other returns:
For those cases that the client has a change of opinion, Wine Cave Inc.
employs the following policy: The decision to return merchandise must
be notified to us by email within seven days of the receipt of merchandise.
The merchandise must be returned to its source in the same physical
condition, as on receipt, with undamaged packing material to be used.
All shipping and delivery costs pertaining to the order are the responsibility
of the client. The client may use a registered courier of his/her choice.
Please note: all merchandise returns will incur a restocking fee of
15%.

Sales taxes & duties
For all Canadian orders, applicable GST, Ontario PST or HST will be
appropriately added. For international orders, customs duties and taxes
are the customer’s responsibility, and are payable by the customer
upon receipt of the merchandise. US customers please
note: the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA)
has eliminated most tariffs.
